Starting out in public health.
Ethica’s partners first met in 2016 and worked together across a variety of local government and academic settings.
Back in 2017, it was a running joke in the team that we’d set up a consulting firm in a few years’ time.
Founding Ethica Health Partners
So we drew on experience from our consulting careers before we came into Public Health, and established Ethica Health Partners in May 2022 around a kitchen table.
The first projects
Our first contract was with NHS England, before being invited to work on a health needs assessment in California!

At the start, it wasn’t easy finding the right colleagues to join Ethica - to support project delivery.
